Having a renowned photographer for a father, Zen was almost born with a camera in his hand. His early work strongly reflected his father's guidance as the family worked and lived in China, Malaysia and Australia, but his own passion and breadth of multicultural influences led him to develop his own modern yet uncomplicated visual style in both photography and graphic design.

Another family trait Zen inherited was an uncanny knack for business, which resulted in his graduating from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2008. He plans to combine his passion for the visual message, his multilingual skills and entrepreneurial flair to realize his dream of running a successful design agency.

Zen currently resides in Australia.
